I am a 26-year-old female, very active and eating healthy. Lately I have been experiencing pulsing in my ear. When I gave blood yesterday, my blood pressure was high at 150/92. I am 27 years old and have been on ortho tricycline for about 9 years. I want to go off the pill and was just wondering if, after I am done taking my last pill in the pack, I can just stop? What are the side effects of going off the pill?
