Vision and Mission
Our Vision
To be the preferred provider of comprehensive, high-quality home health and community-based services, as a freestanding agency in Westchester County and To serve, as it has since 1901, as a leader and integral part of the larger health care system.
Our Mission
To improve health and sustain the independence of Westchester County individuals, families and communities through the provision of available and accessible comprehensive home health services; to emphasize the roles of disease prevention and health education in all our endeavors; and to work in partnership with government agencies, community organizations, and educational institutions, responding quickly and effectively to community health challenges.
