Arthritis is SERIOUS:
What You Don't Know Can Hurt You!


Swelling in one or more joints

Early morning stiffness

Recurring pain or tenderness in any joint

Inability to move a joint normally

Obvious tenderness and warmth in a joint

Unexplained weight loss, fever or weakness combined with joint pain

Symptoms like these persisting for more than 2 weeks

If you notice any of these warning signs, consult your family physician or rheumatologist.
