Less than half of American
males consume the recommended minimum of five daily servings of fruits
and vegetables. The quick fix is to drink fortified orange juice in the
morning (for vitamin C and calcium) and tomato juice at lunch (for lycopene),
which may protect against prostate cancer. Studies show that eight glasses
of fluid a day may keep prostate cancer away - so, drink up!
