Care At Home, a Licensed Home Care Service Agency, is an affiliate of
Visiting Nurse Services in Westchester. Accredited with commendations
by the National League of Nursing’s Community Health Accreditation
Program, Westchester Care At Home provides the following services to patients
of any age:
- Registered Professional Nurses
- Home Health Aides
- Personal Care Aides
- Homemakers
- Companions
- Escorts (to Doctors, Hospitals)
- Bath Service
- Patient Review Instruments (PRI’s) for nursing home placement
- Case Management
- Respite Service at Home
A
Registered Professional Nurse sets up a plan of care for our staff to
follow. Our staff is carefully screened and fully insured. Twice a day,
our Service Coordinators call to ensure that our staff is meeting the
patient’s needs. A Nurse and Service Coordinator are on call after
regular business hours.
Scheduling is flexible; we can provide hourly or live-in assistance in the home or in other settings, such as an assisted living residence, a nursing home or a continuing care residence. Our rates are affordable.
