Westchester Visiting Nurse Services Group, Inc. Announces New Board Members

The Board of Directors of the Westchester Visiting Nurse Services Group, Inc., the parent organization of VNS Westchester, Westchester Care at Home and the VNSW Foundation, Inc., announced the following appointments to its governing Board at its January 2019 meeting:

Richard J. Davidian has had a distinguished career as a senior-level marketing executive for over 40 years, including leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb and Colgate Palmolive. He subsequently left industry and went on to serve as Partner at a global consulting firm. Davidian brings to the agency extensive experience in strategic marketing, sales and customer service across the healthcare, financial services, technology and communications industries. He has published articles in leading business journals and was a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, as well as at the educational centers at Accenture, GE and IBM. Now retired, Davidian continues to be active in community service at organizations including the Pelham Civics Association, where he created a successful “Help a Child, Change a Life” student development initiative and was recently honored as Person of the Year. Davidian holds a Bachelor’s in Science in Electrical Engineering with honors, an MBA in Marketing and an advanced degree in Finance from New York University.

Richard D. Fenton currently serves as Senior Vice President, Executive Search at TAL Healthcare, a Healthcare Executive Search Firm serving organizations across the healthcare spectrum. He transitioned to the Executive Search arena seven years ago after retiring from a prominent 40-plus year career as a leader in healthcare administration, achieving success in new program and business development, service line development and revenue cycle optimization, among other key operational areas. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Physician Operations and Business Development at Bon Secours Charity Health System. Prior to that he served as Chief Executive Officer for Queens Medical Associates and as Vice President, Strategic Planning at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital. Fenton has authored a number of national publications on material systems and expense control and has presented at local and national symposiums on purchasing, expense reduction and related topics.  He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives, among other professional affiliations. Fenton holds a BA in Biology from Columbia College and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Long Island University.

Camille Fremont is an Audit Managing Director in KPMG’s New York Healthcare and Public Services practice. She has 15 years of experience providing financial statement audit and accounting services to not-for-profit organizations, including healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, health plans and educational institutions. Fremont has been a frequent speaker on accounting and auditing topics and has served as an instructor for the NY Office of Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Training and National Healthcare Training. She is an active member of a number of industry organizations, including the New York KPMG Network of Women Leadership Council and AICPA. She is also a member of the Board of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and was selected to serve on the national Healthcare Financial Management Association Early Careerist Task Force. A licensed CPA, Fremont holds a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
